Flexolite make filter adaptors for most post-war British cars including the three different full flow filters used on MKVI, R Types, Silver Wraiths, Silver Dawns, S1s and Silver Clouds (6 cylinder only) These comprise of a thick alloy plate that fastens to the head instead of the filter bowl and provides a mounting point for a much more effective and less expensive modern “Spin Off” filter. It works better, saves time and prevents a mess.

Flexolite also make braided stainless brake hoses, fuel hoses in fabric and braided stainless steel, oil hose in rubber or braided stainless steel, flexible hoses in convoluted stainless steel, stainless steel brake pipes and fittings, electric fuel pumps (conversions from unreliable SU’s), electric water pumps, electric oil pumps, electric fans, electric power steering pumps, power steering pipes and hoses, oil coolers, pressure regulators for oil or fuel, fuel filters, remote filter heads, fuel filler caps etc.  In other words fuel or brake pipes for our cars and most of the parts to convert early by-pass filtered engines to full flow.

Flexolite work on cars that are often non-standard - they don't do restorations or MGBs and the like, but if you want to make your car work better they can help. They specialise in gas welding, bronze welding and tubular and general fabrication. They even make a lot of specialist parts for the Morgan Motor Co for their traditional cars and the Aero 8.
